If for any reason you need to exchange an unwanted item or incorrect size simply contact us within 14 days of a valid receipt. We will only offer you an exchange or refund providing that the goods are in perfect condition and have all their original labeling and packaging. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached labels and before disposing of any original packaging.
We offer a full refund within 7 days with a valid receipt on items which are faulty (EP Country Clothing reserve the right to return the goods to the supplier in order to ascertain what type of refund should be offered) or Sale items which we can exchange for goods to the same value or EP Country Clothing can issue a credit note.

For hygiene reasons, some products are non-returnable, these products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description. We will always state clearly any imperfections in the product descriptions.
The parcel and it's contents are, however your responsibility until they reach us. We advise that you request a proof of postage from the post office when returning goods, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are damaged, lost or delayed during transit. Please note that if you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, the cost of returning it is at your expense.
Please note that returns or exchanges received outside the stated timescale of 14 days will not be accepted.
All payments made with a credit/debit card, can only be refunded on to the card which was used to make the initial payment.
